I specialize in working with teens and adults who are looking to gain a greater self of self-awareness through a holistic, collaborative lens. Whether it be generalized anxiety, trauma/PTSD, or other emotional needs which impact us personally and relationally, know that we will hold space for all of it together, completely nonjudgmentally. I am also passionate about supporting women’s issues and those who may be part of the LGBTQ+ community, including folks who are exploring gender or other areas of identity.
The foundation of my practice is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices while also incorporating aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
