I understand that every human being is unique, so I aim to find creative ways to assist you in navigating the journey of finding your bliss through trusting in your own intuition. We will collaborate in discovering how to reach your goals using an eclectic integration of many therapeutic modalities, which may include mindfulness-based practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and nature-based therapy.
I approach each of the people I work with from a place of deep appreciation for human relationships and their dynamics. I strive to provide a feeling of ease, comfort, and warmth through the therapeutic experience we will create together. I am a trained psychotherapist, but before that, I am a human being whose goal is to shine light, compassion, and positivity in all of my relationships and interactions.
