Ceremonial plant medicine experiences can open profound places within us, whether these plants include psychedelic compounds or not. Cutting-edge western scientific research is finding more and more what indigenous people around the world have known for a millenia; that sacred
plant medicines offer the potential for profound insight, healing, and lasting expanded states of consciousness and spiritual connection long after the experience itself has ended.
Our psychospiritual plant medicine coaches offer a package of sessions for your preparation and integration of such experiences, and support for those who feel called to explore this work with an emphasis on education, safety, and intention.
Plant Medicine Preparation
Preparation is an opportunity to slow down and become intentional about the healing or spiritual experience you are hoping to have. Whether you plan to work with indigenous plant medicines such as ayahuasca, psilocybin, huachuma, peyote, or the other countless sacred plants, our psychospiritual coaching team is here to help you to clarify your intention, mitigate risk through education, and provide you with concrete tools that can support you during your experience. With your personal plant medicine coach you will explore your intentions, hopes, questions, and concerns; identify areas of your life you may want to bring into the experience; and develop practices to help you remain grounded and present. We can also help you to navigate conversations with loved ones who may be less educated on the latest research so that you can feel maximally supported by those around you before, during, and after your ceremonial plant medicine experience.
Preparation is not about predicting what will happen; it is about creating the inner conditions to meet whatever arises in your psychedelic experience with greater awareness and openness for the highest benefit.
Plant Medicine Integration Folks who are new to plant medicine work are often under the impression that the ceremony experience ends at the conclusion of the ceremony, but the process of integration can continue for weeks, months, or even years. As our psychospiritual plant medicine coaching team likes to
say, “daily life is the truest ceremony.”
Your plant medicine integration coach will help you make sense of what you experienced and explore how its insights may translate into your everyday life. Integration is key, as it is so easy to fall back into old thought patterns, habits, and ways of being once we return to the daily grind post-ceremony. Our experienced coaching team will work with you to install new emotional or spiritual shifts for lasting change, help you navigate difficult or confusing experiences that require guided deeper exploration, and set measurable, concrete goals to ensure that you integrate the lessons and insights to maximize your healing and spiritual growth. Integration is where insight becomes lasting, lived experience.
Plant Medicine: A Holistic Approach

Our team of experienced psychospiritual coaches meet your unique individual needs and goals without judgment or any sort of agenda other than safety, education, and support. This work is not about telling you what your experience means; it is about creating a space where you can explore for yourself with curiosity in the presence of a grounded, compassionate, and experienced guide.
Whether you are preparing to enter a plant medicine ceremony or psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) experience for the first time, or whether you are a more seasoned explorer in these traditions, know that our coaching team is here to support your journey each and every step of the way so that you don’t have to navigate this process alone.
